Faye Daborn, Vice President, Office Manager

Faye joined RLT in 1986 when her daughter was cast in a One-Act play. Then as now, RLT always needed someone to do odd jobs like taking tickets, handing out programs, serving juice and cookies at intermission and providing food for the Greenroom parties. Volunteering for these activities lead to serving on the Board of Directors from 1991 to 2003.

As a member of the board, Faye served in many capacities, including President, Treasurer and Member at Large responsible for Bar, Greenroom Parties, Members and Patrons, Box Office and Producer of Main Stage Productions. After a short hiatus, Faye returned to the board in 2005 as Vice-President and is responsible for Costumes, Props and Office Management.

Faye retired in 2001 for SaskPower after thirty-five years of service, which coincided with her husband's retirement from Brandt Industries. They have filled their retirement hours renovating their home and helping their two daughters — who both own older homes — do the same to theirs. Besides home renovations, Faye enjoys quilting and taking stained glass classes.
