WHAT: RLT’s Annual General Meeting

WHEN: Tuesday, September 5th, 2006 @ 7:00 pm

WHERE: Regina Performing Arts Centre main floor

WHAT'S IT ALL ABOUT?

It’s our annual “what happened last season and how we’ll carry on this season” meeting. The RLT Constitution says that the board of directors runs the society on behalf of YOU, the members. This is the event where the board gets to tell you what they’ve been up to on your behalf to make RLT go last season, and how they intend to carry on this season. The agenda for this meeting is as follows:

i) Call to order
ii) Adopt the agenda
iii) Approve the minutes of the last AGM
iv) Constitutional and bylaw amendments (The bylaw amendment is available in PDF format by clicking here)
v) Business arising from the minutes
vi) Reports by Board Members
vii) Reports by Special Interest Reps
viii) Election of Board Members
ix) Awards and Presentations
x) New Business
xi) Notice of future meetings
xii) Adjournment
