Annual General Meeting and volunteer appreciation gala!
Tuesday, september 13 at 7:00pm

The Regina Little Theatre Annual General Meeting

Regina Little Theatre’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Volunteer Gala will be held in the auditorium of the Regina Performing Arts Centre on Tuesday, September 13, 2022, at 7 p.m.

All members in good standing are invited to attend. Although this is a combination of business meeting (AGM) and social occasion (the Volunteer Gala), seating in the auditorium will be set up to allow for social distancing. The wearing of masks is not mandatory but definitely encouraged.

An important component of this AGM will be the approval of the updating of RLT”s Constitution and Bylaws. In order to keep up with the changing face of theatre in general, to streamline the documents and to eliminate redundancy, the RLT Board has spent more than a year reviewing the entirety of these two core documents. The result has been approved by the Board and must now be ratified by the general membership.

To read the proposed new Constitution, go to:

To read the proposed new Bylaws, go to:

The election of officers will also be conducted. All Executive positions (President, Vice- President, Secretary and Treasurer) require election. Some Members-at-Large positions will also be up for voting, and there will be at least one vacancy. If you would like to have your name stand for nomination to the Board, please express that intention by sending an e-mail to rlt@sasktel.net.

The agenda for the AGM will be as follows:

    1    Call to order
    2    Approval of the agenda
3    Approval of minutes of the 2020 AGM
4    Business arising from 2020 AGM minutes
