The Regina Little Theatre Annual General Meeting

Regina Little Theatre's annual general meeting (AGM) will be held in the auditorium of the Regina Performing Arts Centre on Tuesday, September 14, 2021, at 7 p.m.

All members in good standing are invited to attend, both to attend to business and as an occasion to meet with old friends after 1 1/2 years of virtual closure.

RLT Covid Precautions -AGM

Regina Performing Arts Centre ( RPAC) has decided to make full vaccination a requirement to attend events at its venue. Consequently, anyone attending Regina Little Theatre’s Annual General Meeting on September 14th, will have to provide proof that they are fully vaccinated, that is, have received two doses of an approved COVID-19 vaccine and be masked on entry. Acceptable proof of vaccination include: a printout from Mysaskhealthrecord, or your Record of Covid-19 Immunization card. Once seated you may remove your mask and observe social distancing. There will also be a Zoom link to the AGM sent out to all members in good standing as well as an electronic voting option.

Election of officers will be an important segment as there is potential for significant turnover on the board. Per the RLT Constitution, the entire four-person Executive (President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer) requires election. Furthermore, five of the eight Members-at-Large positions will require election due to the expiration of their terms.

If you would like to have your name stand for nomination to the Board, please express that intention by sending an e-mail to rlt@sasktel.net.

The agenda for the AGM, as it has been in past years, will be as follows:
    1.     Call to order
    2.     Approval of the agenda
    3.     Approval of minutes of the 2020 AGM
    4.     Business arising from 2020 AGM minutes
