Going to an RLT show
RLT has two types of plays available for you to see: full length plays and one-act plays.
Each main stage play production is performed on four consecutive evenings, from Wednesday to Saturday at the Regina Performing Arts Centre (1077 Angus Street, at 4th Ave). Front doors open at 6 p.m. and the show begins at 7:30 p.m., Wednesday and Thursday and 8:00 on Friday and Saturday.
Typically, an RLT show will average 250-500 audience members per night. Prior to the show and during intermission, audience members may visit RLT's concession stand in the lobby to stock up on drinks and snacks. On Fridays, a cash bar is open to those of legal drinking age, and a Greenroom Party reception is held after the show, providing an opportunity for the audience to mingle with the cast and crew of the show (food is served buffet style, and the cash bar remains open during this event).
Season tickets are available at any time during the season. Season tickets include a small membership fee and tickets at special discounted, for-members-only prices to all main stage shows remaining in the season at the time of your purchase. Purchasing a season ticket will guarantee you the seat of your choice for the rest of the season. Can’t make all the shows, purchase flexible ticket packages at season ticket prices.
The Fall One Act Cabaret will take place October 28 and 29, 2011. Tickets for these shows are only $10 apiece and are not included in the season ticket price. The event features cabaret-style seating, a cash bar for those of legal drinking age, and quite often fundraising draws or raffles, plenty of food at the concession stand which includes appetizers, salads and entrės. Please see the One Acts for details.
