Individuals may choose to make a donation to the RLT and be recognized as a Donating Member.

We're so proud to have Donating Members that we list them all on the back of the program for each mainstage play! (although you can be anonymous if you like)

RLT is thrilled to provide you with an income tax receipt for your charitable donation, including your membership fees (yes, CRA approves of this!).

Your donation helps to provide valuable, high-quality amateur theatre experience to actors, backstage crew members, and theatre-goers in Regina and surrounding area.

Donating Members receive all the same rights and privileges of subscribing members (also known as season ticket holders).

Season Sponsors

Your business will receive a tax receipt, advertising on our Sponsor Board, advertising in our programs and complimentary tickets. As well, your logo will be included in all remaining programs for the season, appear on all posters, you will receive full page advertising in the programs for the season, will be featured on our sponsor banner on our web site. You will also receive complimentary tickets to our productions.

Typical donation: $5,000

Season Supporter

Your business will receive a tax receipt, advertising on the Sponsor Board, in our programs and complimentary tickets. As well, your logo will be included in all remaining programs for the season, appear on all posters, you will receive half-page advertising in the programs for the season, will be featured on our sponsor banner on our web site. You will also receive complimentary tickets to our productions.

Typical donation: $3,000 to $4,999

Production Sponsors

RLT welcomes your support to help cover production costs! Monetary or product/service donations will be accepted. In return, your business will receive a tax receipt, advertising on our sponsor board, advertising in our programs and complimentary tickets. As well, your logo will be included in all remaining programs for the season and will be featured on our sponsor banner on our web site.

Event Supporter

You pick which show you would like to support. You will your business will receive a tax receipt, advertising on our sponsor board, business card sized ad in the program of the production, and complimentary tickets. As well, your logo will be included in all remaining programs for the season and will be featured on our sponsor banner on our web site.

TheatreFest Participation Sponsor

TheatreFest is the full-length play festival featuring amateur theatre groups from throughout the province. The venue varies from year to year (2011 the event was held in Regina). You will your business will receive a tax receipt and business card sized ad in the festival program.

TheatreOne Participation Sponsor

TheatreOne is the one-act play festival featuring amateur theatre groups from throughout the province. The venue varies from year to year. Your business will receive a tax receipt and business card sized ad in the festival program.

Media Sponsors

Money donated in this category would be used by RLT for any type of advertising. Your business will receive a tax receipt; your company’s logo or name advertising in the programs and you logo will appear on our sponsor’s banner on our web site.

RLT Raffle Sponsor

Several times during a season, the RLT hosts a raffle that audience members may purchase tickets on. The raffle is typically a basket featuring play-related products and/or services from local companies, as well as a cast photo and signed copy of the play.

All proceeds from the raffle go to support RLT programs and productions. Monetary or products/services donations will be accepted. In return, your business will receive a tax receipt, a business-card sized ad in the program for the show you are sponsoring. As well, your logo will be included in all remaining programs for the season, and will be featured on the RLT website.

RLT Office Sponsor Gifts In Kind

Promotion of each production includes posters, programs and advertising. The RLT welcomes your support to help cover print materials costs! Monetary or printing services donations will be accepted. In return, your business will receive a tax receipt, as well as a business-card sized ad in the program for the show you are sponsoring. As well, your logo will be included in all remaining programs for the season, and will be featured on the RLT website.

Green Room Party Sponsor $200

Each greenroom party features a cash bar and a selection of edibles for cast, crew, guests and audience members. RLT welcomes your support to help cover greenroom party costs! Monetary or catering services donations will be accepted. In return, your business will receive a tax receipt, as well as a business-card sized ad in the program for the show you are sponsoring and complimentary tickets. As well, your logo will be included in all remaining programs for the season, and will be featured on the RLT website. Your logo will also be featured on a poster at the greenroom party.
